Neeraj, an alumnus of Baruch College, City University of New York, and Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU), Manchester, New Hampshire, brings over 24 years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience to AccelTree.

He is a pragmatic turnaround strategist with extensive experience leading teams and driving business growth. His career spans more than two decades across consulting, entrepreneurship, and C-suite leadership roles in the SaaS, EdTech, BPO, contact center, ITES, media, and digital sectors. Neeraj has a proven track record of developing innovative strategies, improving operational efficiency, and driving revenue growth.

Prior to joining AccelTree, he led mergers and acquisitions and project implementation initiatives at multiple multinational organizations. He also negotiated strategic joint ventures to establish operations in India and Brazil.

Throughout his career, Neeraj has successfully led business turnarounds by reorganizing organizational structures and streamlining operations. His strategic leadership has helped companies become more competitive in the global marketplace while driving effective change management and delivering measurable business results.
