Chetan oversees AccelTree's North American operations as Senior Vice President, based in Toronto, Canada. With extensive experience in economic development and business strategy, he previously served for over seven years as Senior Analyst, Business Competitiveness at the Ministry of Economic Development, Innovation and Trade, Toronto. In this role, he advised Canadian small and medium-sized enterprises across diverse industries on strategic growth, financing, exports, and integration into global value chains.

An accomplished industrial economist, Chetan also has an extensive academic background, having taught Microeconomics, Game Theory, and the Economic Analysis of Law at Rutgers University, USA. He holds an MS in Game Theory and Industrial Organization from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, USA, and an MA in Industrial and Financial Economics from the Madras School of Economics, Chennai, India.
