For the Dealer/Distributor
- The application is installed on the dealer/distributor’s mobile and connected to our server through GPRS
- The dealer/distributor can:
- Create orders by selecting product SKUs;
- Keep the order on the mobile and modify it later;
- Submit the order when GPRS connectivity is available;
- View the status of existing orders;
- View details of schemes promoted y the company from time to time.
For the Sales Person
- The application is installed on the sales person’s mobile and is connected to server through GPRS
- The sales person can:
- View a list of routes and lists of retailers on the route; routes can be set up for different days of the week;
- Capture orders from a retailer and save the orders on the mobile;
- Capture no-sale reasons against a retailer;
- Upload orders and no-sale reasons to the server when GPRS connectivity is available
- View outstanding amount from a retailer (if any) and enter collection details;
- View details of a retailer including credit limit and credit available;
- Add details of new retail outlets for inclusion in the route by the administrator.
Administration & MIS Module
- Provides for configuration of master data covering:
- Product hierarchy, distribution chain (areas, distributors, and retailers), etc.
- Routes to be covered and dealers to be visited in each route can also be configured;
- Insertion and management of sales persons;
- Scheduling of routes and re-assignment of routes from one sales person to another.
- Sales managers can generate area wise, route-wise and product-wise MIS reports etc.
- A manager can track day-to-day activities of his/her team and determine its effectiveness.
