MOBILE MOTOR VEHICLE INSURANCE

The system is used for organizing and implementing support to the existing Motor Insurance Premium collection process using a mobile phone as the primary front-end device. The mobile premium collection system receives renewal details from the backend system and queue’s cases to the individual field executive’s handset. System also allows recording of accepted payment details / action taken and future action details. The system is also used for calculating the motor insurance premium for a vehicle based on certain variables, which will be recorded by the user. The premium will be calculated in sync with the parameters sets at the backend system.
