MOBILE LOAN ORIGINATION

This solution covers a process flow for loan origination where field activities are performed using mobile phones while back-end activities are performed on a PC browser.

The solution comprises of 2 mobile applications 1) for relationship managers and 2) for the credit executive and also a browser-based application for administrators, managers and sales coordinators.

The sales person on the field is provided with a Java phone or a smartphone which has the AccelTree application loaded.

The Relationship Manager can create leads for a set of pre-defined products, update leads, conduct a Field Investigation (FI), upload the FI details to the server, view the status of approval, view queries raised, view and update the status of documents to be collected and record visits made to a dealer or a customer.

Leads captured by a user are assigned to him/her automatically. This can be changed by Credit Head. There is also an auto allocation feature based on location for leads captured through the browser interface by a call centre operator.
