The AccelTree Mobile Collections system provides a means for a bank, finance company or service provider to improve the field collection process, by deploying the entire field collection activity on a mobile phone. These collectors will view the lists of cases to be followed up on their phones. These lists could be dynamically changing if required. The collector will also use the mobile phone to interact with the organization's collections system, to view a defaulting customer's payment history and history of previous interaction, and to provide feedback of current follow-up action, including registering receipt of payments on-line. The collectors could be either employees or external contractors. The Mobile Collections system will operate as a front-end system to an existing collections system.
